The cover of Jonathan Dark or The Evidence of Ghosts was designed by Patrick Knowles. The novel is published by Orion in February 2016!
My macabre novelette, ‘A Potted History of the Heart’, was published in Scaremongrel by The Pigeonhole in December 2015. Illustrated by Estelle Morris.
‘The Last Library’ was first published in Paraxis Volume 2 alongside stories by Emma Jane Unsworth, Nicholas Royle and others. It was reprinted in The Best British Short Stories 2012. Illustrated by Elou Carroll.
‘The Ice Candle’ was published in Issue 4 of New Fairy Tales in November 2009. The illustration is by Samantha Davey.
