In six months it’ll be nearly Christmas and there so much to do, so many words to write, so many places to go in that time. I will be interviewing the marvellous Johnny Mains at the Dead Funny launch at Edge Lit, talking ghosts with John Connolly, Sarah Pinborough and more at the Dublin Ghost Story Festival, singing as one of The Slice Girls at Bloody Scotland and panelling at Bouchercon, FantasyCon, Bristol HorrorCon and Iceland Noir. Crikey. I’ve decided that December is for sleeping, feasting and dreaming of more ghost stories. But before then:
- Edge Lit, Derby – 16th July
- Harrogate Crime Festival – 21st-24th July
- Dublin Ghost Story Festival – 19-21st August
- Bloody Scotland, Stirling – 9th-11th September
- Bouchercon New Orleans – 15th-18th September
- FantasyCon, Scarborough – 23rd-25th September
- Bristol HorrorCon – 15th October
- Iceland Noir, Reykjavik – 17th-20th November
